I am in search of a female roommate for a two bedroom apartment at the heart of montreal. The rent will be of 650 CAD per month, not including utilities (which won't be more than $50 a month). The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen that gives out onto a small courtyard (from the 3rd floor), a brand new bathroom and an entrance hall. It is 5 minutes from the Concordia campus and 15 from the McGill campus. There is a Couche-Tard at the corner for quick groceries. And the location puts it right near Crescent Street (the student bars street). I am looking for an easy-going and clean roommate so if you are interested please contact me by email.
